NEW PATIENTS

 

Our new patient journey will always start with a New Patient Assessment appointment on your first visit to us.

 

The appointment will last approximately 45 minutes and along with your treatment also includes a comprehensive Foot Health Check.

This will include vascular and neurological tests alongside a full assessment of joints, nails and skin.

 

When we confirm your appointment you will be sent a Pre-Assessment form on which we ask you to outline details of the foot problem you will be presenting. We also request a full medical history, any previous or ongoing medical conditions and a full list of any medications you may be taking.

 

The purpose of this is to ensure best clinical practice is followed and enabling the podiatrist you are seeing to be able to provide advice and treatment that is specifically tailored to your individual needs.

We provide annual stand alone Foot Health Checks thereafter as it is important to review your foot health needs regularly.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are a returning patient who has not seen us for more than a 12 month period then you will be required to book a New Patient Assessment appointment.
